Sevruga Caviar is not commonly know in the US, but it is a well kept secret for those that a true caviar enthusiasts.

Sevruga has proved to be notoriously hard to farm of all the Sturgeon species so supply is extremely limited.
But for those that know love this Caviar and its unique and delicios taste.
Similar in color to Beluga with a grey and black finish but with a bit smaller egg, nut the taste is not small at all.
